Learning how to engage your core muscles properly, can help to stabilise your spine and pelvis, and reduce back pain. The low impact exercises on the Pilates reformer can also help to improve your posture, increase joint strength and flexibility, and give you improved spinal mobility.
A tailored program of specialised rehabilitation Pilates exercises can be crucial to improving muscle strength and bone density in osteoporosis. Improving core strength and poor posture can give you better balance and stability and can reduce the likelihood of falls.
Many of our clients are recommended to us by the NHS, back pain clinics, physiotherapists, and other health care professionals. We use world leading rehabilitation Pilates equipment, manufactured in the USA by Balanced Body.
For almost 3 decades we have been established as one of the leading equipment-based Pilates in the UK. We have featured on BBC radio and written about widely in magazines and the national press. We have taught both European Royalty and Yorkshire miners. In 2002 we were named as one of the best rehabilitation Pilates studios in the UK. We operate as a pay as you go studio and there are no monthly or annual fees.

Our rooms are modern and comfortably environment so we can concentrate on our client’s health and rehabilitation. The equipment is maintained to the highest standards and inspected on a regular basis. We are based in the Mecure Leeds Parkway Hotel which has ample parking avaiable.
